The following shows are ones we plan to attend. If you are in the area, please make sure to stop by our table, and introduce yourself. Make sure to check out Triumph's Show Report and Reign O Fire's Show Report! | Epic - July 26 - 27, 2008: This was Epic's first show, and the only one as a kitten. And candidly, it did not start out too well. We had experienced a family emergency the week before the show, and I came very near not even going. But since we had already paid the entries and I wanted to show support for the rest of the exhibitors (it stinks when there are not enough cats competing because it's just not the same!), I decided to go ahead and go. This was also the Northwest Regional awards show in Yakima, WA, and we knew our SGC Encore Triumph was going to be winning several awards. Against the odds, we made it there. Epic to 1st Place in his first ring, and before he could make it into another ring he had a freakish accident that tore off one of his claws. He was bleeding and I could tell he was in pain. So, we packed it up and headed straight home to get doctored and lots of TLC. He fully recovered and we look forward to what he will do in the next ring.
- Oct 18 - 19, 2008: This was Epic's first show as an adult and first chance to earn a title! We are delighted to share the great news - Epic is a Champion! Yippee-doodle! We are delighted that he earned his title and that he did such a great job of charming everyone at the show. He was a real show-stopper every time we took him to or from a ring. It was really pretty darn cool. What a great time! The show was held in Seattle, WA and hosted by The Evergreen Cat Fanciers
