 | Hi Tami, I can't tell you how delightful the kittens are. Not only are they incredibly entertaining, but amazingly cuddly! Rick, who doesn't dole out compliments often, remarked that clearly they had been very well socialized. They behave as though they've lived here forever. I am so glad we got the two of them, as they seem to truly enjoy each other's company, and I believe this has made their transition that much easier. This morning they were running after each other like total wackos with backs arched and tails poofed, for about 2 hours. No kidding - they wrestled and chased and pounced endlessly while I looked on, laughing myself silly. They are eating well, drinking, and using the litter box reliably... Oh, after observing them all afternoon yesterday, we finally named them. Sketti is now Boomer (whom we affectionately call Boo) and Rhapsody is Starbuck. They are named for characters in a show we enjoy - two sci-fi female fighter pilots in outer space. Starbuck is the wild, adventurous, risk-taker, while Boomer is more sedate and cautious. Fits the kitties to a "T". Here are a few photos I thought you might enjoy. First, Boo sleeping on Sophie's lap folded completely in half:
Boomer trying to get a comatose Starbuck to wake up and play (fruitlessly, I might add):
Boomer gives up and goes to sleep:

Could Starbuck look more relaxed??
