 
| The Andante Story, a feline version of "The Ugly Duckling" continues...

Kathy and Tami agreed that the kids, Palmer and Jamie, would show Andante and care for him at our place until he was ready to join the rest of the studs at Sierra Gold. (hmm... not sure if we'll ever be able to give him up! More on that later...) | |  |  | | He quickly became a permanent part of our family. He went everywhere we went, and he made his way straight into our hearts. He'd play with grandma when she tried to make her bed, and he would dance ... well, just because! |   Andante even decided that he owns our SUV! He loves the dashboard... and is convinced that the leather seats were invented just for him! If he's not chilling out on the dashboard, he's enjoying his favorite entertainment of hanging out on the back of the seat.
| Then, when he was still 4 months old, he entered his first kitten show... and took the place "by storm"! He took countless "1st places" that weekend, and even won finals in a couple rings! If he would have been in an adult class, he would have earned the title of "Champion" at his first weekend of showing! | |  |  | | But... No matter what Andante does, no matter how beautiful or famous he is.... this special "ugly duckling" that became a gorgeous hunk, will always be our little baby! | Oh ya... remember how we were saying that we weren't sure if we would ever be able to give him up, and send him to Kathy's? Well, Andante is such a perfect part of our family, that Kathy agreed to let him stay here permanently! Yippee! Now, if you ever come by to see a kitten... or to visit, you will also get to meet this wonderful guy! | |

We now call Andante our "Encore Nanny". He is the gentle-giant that teaches and "baby-sits" the younger kittens. We plan to update this story as Andante keeps growing and exemplifies the way a beautiful marble pattern can open up into an exotic and flashy marble Bengal.
